Fit Member Nutrition Guide

The current Nutrition Guide for our Raw FIT Members has 2 stages:

CALORIE BASED PLAN

MACRO BASED PLAN

The CALORIE BASED PLAN would be an entry level stage to start for a new FIT member.

A. Calculate Daily Caloric Goal using the formula in the Guide

B. Client daily goal is to meet those calories by eating a mix of Protein, Fat & Carbs

C. Client must track daily intake & follow the Daily Meal Plan rules in the Guide

D. Food Lists are provided

E. Cheat Meals are suggested 1x/week

Once the client has mastered the Calorie Based plan rules, they can transition to a MACRO BASED PLAN.

A. Determine macro percentages for that client using the GUIDE for either weight loss or weight/muscle gain

B. Daily goal is to meet those macros - Protein, Fat & Carbs

C. Client must track daily intake & follow the Daily Meal Plan rules in the Guide

D. Food Lists are provided

E. Cheat Meals are suggested 1x/week
